About Me ~


Hi, I’m Kat

I call Pennsylvania home, sharing it with my affectionate ​and slightly anxious Jack Russell Terrier rescue, Harley. ​Originally from Barbados (the birthplace of the famous ​singer Rihanna), I’ve been a U.S. resident for many years.


My journey led me away from corporate management ​and into virtual assistance. With over two decades of ​experience in administrative and managerial roles, I ​bring a creative problem-solving mindset to the table.


In 2023, I made a significant shift, founding KM Task ​Maven Solutions. My mission? To provide virtual ​business support to small and mid-sized entrepreneurial ​ventures. While my core services revolve around social ​media, inbox, and calendar management, I also ​collaborate with clients on research, proofreading, ​graphic design, and invoicing.

Ideal for one-off projects: This flexible option suits ​your needs whether you need help with a specific ​task or a short-term project.


Advance Payment: To get started, a payment of ​$207 (equivalent to 3 hours) is required before ​work begins. Any remaining balance (additional ​hours) is payable at the end of the project.


*Project Support hours are subject to schedule ​availability.

Monthly Retainers

$69 | PER HOUR

  • 10 hours per month = $690 - 2.5 hours per week
  • 20 hours per month = $1380 - 5 hours per week
  • 40 hours per month = $2760 - 10 hours per week

Please consider our retainer-based agreement ​for guaranteed monthly availability.


Benefits of Retaining Services:

  • Guaranteed Time: Reserve a set number of ​hours each month, ensuring my dedicated ​attention.
  • Priority Access: Your tasks receive top priority ​within the agreed-upon retainer hours.
  • Budget-Friendly: Clients can plan and allocate ​resources effectively.


*Retainers must be paid in full at the beginning of ​each month. Retainers cover services from the 1st ​to the last day of the month. Please note that ​clients cannot carry over unused hours into the ​new month.

FAQ

Q - What if I need you to work in the office?

A - My services are offered virtually, so someone other ​than me may be the right assistant. However, I will still ​be available if you decide to work virtually.

Q - Is there a minimum monthly rate for service?

A - Yes. You can use my Project Based Support for at ​least three monthly hours, billed at $69 per hour. ​Turnaround for Project Based Support may take up to ​72 hours.
